Returns and Exchange Policy
At Cover Story India, we strive to make every shopping experience on our website seamless and satisfactory. We take great pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring they meet our standards. As a policy, we do not accept returns for products that are delivered in perfect, undamaged condition.
However, a product is eligible for return under the following circumstances:
- A wrong product was dispatched, and it does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- The received product has a quality issue or manufacturing defect.
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
If any of the above conditions apply, we will offer you the option of a full refund or re-fulfillment of your order.

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at orders@coverstoryindia.com with the following details:
- Two clear images of the product: one showing the damaged/defective part and one of the entire product.
- Our Quality Assurance Team will review the details and determine the eligibility of the return.

Return Request Status
- Within 2-3 business days of receiving your email with images, we will inform you of your return request status.
- If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days. The product will then be delivered to our warehouse in 7-10 days.

Refund Process
- Once the product reaches our warehouse, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it.
- Refunds will be initiated within 2-3 days of inspection approval. The refund amount will reflect in your bank account shortly thereafter.
Points to Remember
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including:
- Tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and the invoice.
- The product should be unused and in original condition.
